We loved this great budget hotel, no complaints. We had a continental breakfast with plenty of options. Unbeatable location, so close to the ferry, the train tracks and restaurants and work, though the area was really bad.

It was a really great experience overall. We loved our stay in this cheap hotel with the pleasant staff.

Great staff and location and all in all it's newly decorated hotel.

The room was beautiful and non-smoking with comfortable beds, and the location was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Everett & Jones Barbeque that was only 10 minutes' walk away, I liked its location.

It's reasonable base for visiting some must see attractions in Oakland.

It was an excellent home base for short stay, had great time. The room was cheap on the cool side and the staff was pleasant.

We loved our non-smoking rooms, plus the staff was helpful. The location was beautiful, walking distance to Farmers Market. Visited few places in the center, not very far from the hotel.

The staff is absolutely amazing, room is inviting and location is premier. I will be back, the place met expectation.

I loved my stay here and would absolutely stay here again. Staff and location, all was wonderful. Ironing facilities and a clock radio in the room and the comfortable bed. It was non-smoking and had things I needed.

We think it's a lovely base for staying in Oakland.

The staff was helpful enough, the room was adequate, reasonably priced. Idyllic view, a large balcony, really big bed, too. Scrambled eggs and cereals for breakfast. Perfectly clean and sufficient hotel in Downtown Oakland district. Easy check in and late check out:)))

the staff were lovely, the breakfast was fine. bed was exceptionally comfortable, i enjoyed it. the furnishings here were comfy.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, I definitely coming here again. Everything was good and loved my stay there. Location close to - San Francisco and restaurants.

Hotel was fabulous, had second to none staff and location.

Staff were very pleasant and we loved our being there. Had warm queen room with air conditioner, AC. There was Merchants' Saloon really close to the hotel.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible.

staff were considerate and we liked our time there. got reasonably large, big room on the other side of the building. you wo n't be disappointed if you stay in downtown oakland district. the airport was 0.5 miles away from here, super location. booked it for 1 day and had a very enjoyable experience.

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Oakland, really loved it. Room was good sized for us.

Clean enough hotel, I liked pleasant location and stuff. The bed was comfy and it was great having a coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. They made my stay fine. The property was set in a calm area.

It was worth its 2 stars. Moreover, we parked on-site. There was Merchants' Saloon, max 5 mins walk to, loved their meals...
